The trick is to get into a routine that is virtually painless. Remember what S.Y.S.T.E.M. stands for? Save YourSelf Time Energy and Money.
So here it is. Are you ready? Determine which F.O.C.U.S. Area you are going to work on at a time.
Then:
- Begin your Healthy Habits; AM, PM and Weekly
- Pick the components of the Area from the Playbook that need immediate attention
- Use the Products and Tips from the Playbook to help you clean the components
- Stop cleaning after 15 minutes
- Spend the next 5 minutes decluttering within the F.O.C.U.S. Area
- Leave the rest for another day.
Is that it? Can this really work? Yes it can and it does really work.
Remember, the trick is to do this every day.

AM HEALTHY HABITS:
- Make your bed - as you get out of it
- Spray the toilet with disinfectant/cleaner
- After showering spray the shower walls with cleaner
- Wipe down sink & counter tops (after your skin/teeth routine)
- Brush & Flush the toilet
- Get dressed - take a load of laundry to washer
- Take your vitamins
- Empty Dishwasher, clean off counters in kitchen
- Load the dishwasher with breakfast dishes
- Disinfect the kitchen sink after breakfast
- Empty trash
PM HEALTHY HABITS:
- Pick up extra items & put them away
- Wipe off coffee table, end tables, etc
- Load dishwasher, put away dishes in sink
- Soak sink in disinfectant
- Take your vitamins
- Wipe down countertops with disinfectant
- Guest bath-pick up extra items, spray toilet bowl
- Brush & Flush toilet bowl
- Put old towels in washer, put fresh towels out
- Get items/clothes ready for next day's schedule
WEEKLY HEALTHY HABITS:
- Mop Floors
- Vacuum carpet and rugs
- Dust all furniture
- Empty Trash
